The City of Kissimmee invites residents, business owners, and stakeholders to a community meeting for the Vine Street Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Development Services Center inside Kissimmee City Hall, located at 101 Church Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741.

This meeting will provide an opportunity to learn about upcoming changes, view plans for future development, and share feedback that will help guide the evolution of the Vine Street CRA. City staff will be on hand to answer questions, discuss goals, and collect input that reflects the community’s vision for the area.

The Vine Street CRA focuses on enhancing public spaces, supporting economic development, and improving the quality of life for all who live and work in the area.

The night we cut the ribbon on our new Downtown space, BECC was also named Best Non-Profit Organization by the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida.

We were shocked when we heard. So many strong nonprofits were in the category with us, all organizations we partner with, celebrate, and believe in. To be lifted up in that company is powerful.
