Jackie Murray

Jackie Murray is a native of Florida, who graduated from Oakridge High School

in the top 5 percentile. She was a 3-year Letterwoman for volleyball, basketball,

and track. She also received scholarships to Emporia State University for basketball and volleyball. However, it was at California State Dominguez Hills in Los Angeles, CA where Ms. Murray received her BA Degree in Communications. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Ms. Murray is a woman of unshakeable faith with a deep passion to serve.


Ms. Murray has over 30 years of experience in Employment Services coupled with a background in Human Resources. Her journey has been filled with peaks and valleys yet has also been extraordinarily blessed; having the opportunity to work deep in the trenches and serving individuals from all walks of life. She is

truly grateful for her journey at Chrysalis, a nonprofit organization on Skid Row in Los Angeles, CA, which is dedicated to helping homeless and economically challenged individuals. Chrysalis has equipped Ms. Murray with the foundation needed for the services she provides today. It was there on Skid Row, as Chrysalis’ Chief Personnel Officer, where God used Ms. Murray mightily to help transform lives and become a beacon of hope and a change agent. Chrysalis was Ms. Murray’s Boot Camp in life’s journey, by serving on Skid Row.


In 2001, Ms. Murray relocated back to her home state of Florida where she launched her purpose-filled employment model. She is the Founder and CEO of Back on Track Employment Services, Inc., aka Back on Track. Ms. Murray

is dedicated to equipping & preparing at-risk individuals to transition successfully back into the workforce and into their communities. She has been serving the low-income population of Osceola County and surrounding communities for over 23 years and has forged partnerships with nonprofit agencies, faith-based organizations, local business owners, government agencies, and leaders in the community, to provide unduplicated services to underserved individuals and families. Back on Track has helped thousands of individuals

obtain employment at a living wage and return to stable, productive lives. In Osceola County, Back on Track is the only nonprofit workforce development organization devoted exclusively to helping at-risk individuals obtain employment at a living wage and provides lifetime support to its participants.
