About the event
This evening will be a time to pause and celebrate the incredible work we’ve accomplished together—our programs, partnerships, and the lives touched throughout 2025. It will also be an opportunity to renew our unity and prepare our hearts and minds for what’s ahead.
Our theme for this gathering is “Reflect, Renew, and Rise: Preparing for Greater Impact in 2026.” We’ll honor the milestones of this year, share personal reflections, and take a first look at the vision that will guide our mission in the coming year.
Then, as we begin 2026, we’ll move from celebration to strategy. In January, we will reconvene for our BECC Leadership & Strategy Retreat, where we’ll unveil our new direction and mission for the board, align our committees with clear goals, and launch what I believe will be our most influential year yet.
