Throughout his career, Christopher has been a true jack of all trades, working in various industries, including manufacturing and owning a lawn care business. His diverse skill set has proven invaluable, allowing him to tackle any challenge that arises at the skating rink. In 2016, he had the joy of reconnecting with his now wife, Kari Lockett, after having been friends for over 10 years. Together, they blended their families, embracing the joys and challenges of parenting their son Chirs Jr and daughter Kyla.

In February 2022, Christopher and Kari seized the opportunity to purchase Skate Reflections, a roller-skating rink in Kissimmee, FL. They have invested their assets, time, and energy into transforming its reputation, striving to create a positive and inclusive environment for all skaters. The rink needs a lot of love, with physical repairs and rebuilding the community, but their journey has been filled with obstacles that they are determined to overcome. Christopher's passion for making a difference in the community was inspired by the struggles he faced while caring for his mother, who battled cancer for over 13 years before her passing.

A significant aspect of Chris's life has been his relationship with his mother, who was not just a parent but also his best friend. Their bond exemplified the profound loyalty and love that he holds dear, driving him to create a legacy that honors her memory.
