He currently leads Information Technology Contact Centers at Orlando Health, focusing on multi-channel experience, automation, and analytics that support clinicians, staff, and patients.
His background includes a Doctor of Health Administration (DHA), an MBA in Information Technology Management, enabling him to bridge clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
As founder of Le Montoute Group, he mentors early careerists and experienced professionals, helping them grow as leaders and navigate complex career decisions. He is a committed advocate for inclusive, human-centered leadership and responsible AI adoption in healthcare
and BPO contact centers.
Dr. Gary is a loving husband to his wife Carmen, father of Monique and Pierre and recent grandfather of Zachariah.
