Dr. Tresha E. Williams, DNP, APRN, is a dedicated advanced practice nurse, healthcare entrepreneur, and community leader with over 20 years of experience in critical care and inpatient medicine. She earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from the University of South Florida.
Throughout her career, Dr. Williams has demonstrated exceptional clinical expertise in managing patients with complex, multi-system conditions, grounded in a deep commitment to community-centered care. She has held multiple leadership roles within AdventHealth, including Assistant Nurse Manager across high-acuity units, where she led diverse teams, upheld the highest standards of quality, and fostered collaborative, patient-focused environments. Her work reflects a dedication to improving outcomes, advocating for patients and families, and strengthening the communities she serves.
Driven by a passion for health equity and community impact, Dr. Williams, alongside her trusted colleague and business partner Kemeisha Morgan, co-owns Mini Health Clinic Kissimmee and Mini Health Clinic West Orlando. Through these ventures, she has expanded care beyond the hospital setting by creating accessible spaces centered on personalized, preventive, and wellness-based services. Her clinics specialize in medical weight management, IV therapy, and preventive health services, empowering individuals and families to take control of their health and enhance their quality of life.
Dr. Williams’ mission is rooted in service—bridging the gap between traditional healthcare and preventive wellness through compassionate, patient-centered care. She is committed to increasing access to high-quality healthcare, promoting education, and ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and supported on their journey to optimal health.
