Jo Newell is the Founder + CEO of Monday Strategies. As an experienced business executive and entrepreneur, she is a passionate advocate for leadership development and personal growth.


Jo brings over 15 years of experience across corporate management, nonprofit advocacy, and regional leadership. From growing businesses to leading community-wide initiatives, she is known for guiding organizations through transformation, helping them rebuild, strengthening teams, and moving forward with clarity and intention. Jo has been honored as Onyx Magazine’s Woman on the Move, recognized as one of Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and

named Woman of the Year by Orlando Magazine. Additionally, she has been featured in i4 Business Magazine, recognized in Orlando Magazine’s 50 Most Powerful People, and listed among Orange Appeal Magazine’s Women to Watch.


An active leader in her community, Jo has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including United Arts of Central Florida, Tech Sassy Girlz, J4 Leaders, Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, and WholeLife Church.


Beyond her leadership, Jo is an accomplished speaker and mentor. A

trained public speaker and coach, Jo is a dynamic and charismatic communicator. She captivates audiences with her unique blend of passion, expertise, and storytelling. Known for her natural gift for

public speaking, Jo has been invited to speak at numerous conferences, seminars, and events.
