John Quainoo is the ultimate connector—the kind of person who walks into a room and instantly gets everyone on the same page. As BECC’s Lead Ambassador, John is all about rallying the community and spreading the mission with authenticity and heart.
A proud Hampton University alum and current Private Equity Analyst at East Chop Capital, John knows how to mix business with purpose. He’s also a past president of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity’s Gamma Iota Chapter, where he led with intention and excellence.
At BECC, John’s role is about making connections that count. Whether he’s mentoring young leaders, representing BECC at events, or building partnerships, he does it all with charisma and focus. John doesn’t just lead—he inspires others to join the movement.
