Her podcast, Empowered Presence, is a go-to for executive women of color looking to elevate their visibility and impact. With over 15 years of experience, Melanie has transformed countless lives by helping professionals step into their brilliance and own their narratives.


Her expertise extends to coaching executives, running workshops for Fortune 500 companies, and creating innovative branding strategies that resonate deeply.
