Tiffany Jeffers, a visionary leader with roots in Baltimore, Maryland, is an unwavering advocate for equity, empowerment, and community building. An alumna of the Baltimore School for the Arts and Morgan State University, Tiffany’s journey blends her deep passion for the arts with her commitment to uplifting the Black community. As the Founder, President, and CEO of the Black Empowerment Community Council (BECC), she spearheads transformative initiatives designed to foster education, economic growth, public safety, health equity, and social justice in Osceola County.
A devoted mother to three daughters and wife to Pastor Verian Jeffers for over two decades, Tiffany’s life is firmly grounded in family and faith. This foundation fuels her dedication to community service, which extends beyond BECC to her role as Executive Pastor at Solid Rock Community Church. Her artistic pursuits as a performer with Opera Orlando and an international Gospel artist highlight her creative spirit and ability to connect with audiences across diverse platforms.
Tiffany’s professional journey is defined by her creative vision and collaborative approach. Under her leadership, BECC has become a hub for culturally relevant events and programs, empowering individuals and businesses while addressing systemic inequities. She has been pivotal in creating meaningful opportunities for people to invest their time, talent, and resources into initiatives that drive sustainable change.
Her work through BECC has inspired innovative projects like mentorship programs, health and wellness fairs, and youth leadership development initiatives. Tiffany’s focus on collaboration brings together community leaders, educators, and businesses, proving that collective effort is the key to building a thriving Black community where every voice is heard, and every individual is empowered.
