Verian Jeffers is a passionate community leader, educator, and advocate for equity and opportunity across Central Florida. He currently serves as the Program Director for the Black Empowerment and Community Council (BECC), where he leads initiatives focused on youth development, civic engagement, and economic empowerment within underserved communities. With a strong commitment to cultural advancement and educational access, Verian has helped to design impactful programs that promote leadership, literacy, and legacy-building for Black families and future generations.
A lifelong learner and the son of a pastor, Verian blends faith, purpose, and innovation into everything he does—from his professional background in information security to his pastoral ministry and mentoring efforts. He is a devoted husband and father of three daughters, a gifted pianist and songwriter, and a visionary who is actively developing strategies to launch a public charter school that integrates science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education.
Verian believes in the power of collective progress and remains dedicated to creating spaces where voices are heard, talents are cultivated, and communities are transformed.
