Celebrating Talent and Uplifting the Community: Voices of Gospel

At BECC, we believe that every voice has the power to inspire, uplift, and unite. That’s why we are beyond excited to bring you the Voices of Gospel competition—a celebration of gospel music, talent, and the incredible spirit of our community.

What is Voices of Gospel?

This competition isn’t just about music. It’s about giving individuals and groups a platform to share their gifts and connect with others through the joy and inspiration that gospel music brings. Whether you’re a solo singer, part of a dynamic choir, or an instrumentalist, Voices of Gospel is your moment to shine.

We’re talking real opportunity here. Finalists will have the chance to perform in front of a surprise guest artist judge—and the winner will walk away with a $1,000 grand prize! But more than that, it’s about coming together to celebrate our shared faith, culture, and the incredible talent we have right here in Central Florida.

Why This Event Matters

At BECC, we’re all about empowerment and community building. We created this event not only to showcase talent but also to bring people together—because when we lift each other up, there’s no limit to what we can achieve. Through events like Voices of Gospel, we’re creating spaces where individuals can connect, express themselves, and find inspiration.

And thanks to the support of our amazing partners—Osceola Magic, AARP Orlando, Opera Orlando, and Solid Rock Community Church—we’re able to turn this vision into a reality. Their commitment to empowering the community is a reflection of the values we all share: unity, positivity, and making a lasting impact.

How You Can Get Involved

Think you’ve got what it takes to be the next gospel sensation? We’d love to hear from you! Submissions are open until January 3rd, 2025. Just submit a 2-3 minute video showcasing your talent (and make sure it’s clear and audible!).

Not a performer? You can still get involved! Consider sponsoring the event or simply showing up to support these amazing artists. Every voice matters, whether you’re on stage or in the audience, and together we can make this event an unforgettable experience for everyone.
