The spark of innovation is alive and well, and nowhere was that more evident than at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) year’s Pitch Fest and Startup Showcase. This annual gathering isn't just a competition; it's a launchpad for tomorrow's leaders, a place where ideas ignite and dreams take flight.
We're beyond proud to highlight our Program Director, Verian Jeffers, who served as a judge, bringing his seasoned wisdom to the forefront.
"It was inspiring to witness the determination and creativity of these young entrepreneurs. Their passion not only for their projects but for making a difference in the world, was truly heartening. It's a clear signal that our future is in capable hands." Verian Jeffers, Program Director
Each competitor stepped up to the challenge, reminding us all of the sheer force of youth when coupled with opportunity. As they pitched their business plans and innovative ideas, we saw more than just competition—we saw the genesis of entrepreneurial skills and the exploration of new, uncharted career paths.
Verian's role as a judge speaks volumes of our dedication at the BECC to fostering growth and opportunity. It's through her expertise and our collective commitment that we can continue to offer such transformative experiences to our community's youth.
Here’s to our young visionaries and innovators, to Verian Jeffers, and to all who believe in the power of bringing great ideas to life.
