Katrina Minus

My name is Katrina Minus, and I was born on October 26, 1966, in Cleveland, Ohio. Although I was born in Ohio, I was raised in Opa-locka, Florida, where I spent most of my childhood. I am the youngest of three children and grew up in a two-parent household where education was always emphasized as the most important responsibility.

Tadar Muhammad
Vanguard of Economic Empowerment
As Chief Operating Officer and First Vice President of CareerSource Central Florida (CSCF), Tadar Muhammad delivers strategic oversight on administration and workforce operations for all federal, state, and local workforce development programs and grants. He spearheads all operational aspects of the organization that invests $35 million to serve more than 27,000 career seekers with career development opportunities and nearly 3,500 businesses with skilled talent annually. He helps forge new partnerships within CSCF’s five-county footprint in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, and Sumter counties.

Danicka Ransom, M.P.A.

Danicka Ransom is a public servant with more than 25 years of experience in local government across two states and three counties. For the past 20 years, she has worked for Osceola County Housing & Community Services. She brings expertise in procurement, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) programs, and nearly two decades of leadership in housing, community development, and community services. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to equitable growth, inclusive opportunity, and meaningful community impact.

Genesis Robinson
Vanguard of Community Advocacy
Genesis Robinson is a political strategist and community organizer with over a decade of experience delivering results at the local, state, and federal levels of government. He serves as the Executive Director of Equal Ground Education Fund and Action Fund, Florida’s preeminent Black-led voting rights organization.

Louis Witter
Vanguard of Cultural Impact & Arts
Louis Witter was born in Portland, Jamaica, and migrated to the United States in the early 90's. He pursued his career in the hospitality industry where he developed his skills and talents, and became an entrepreneur, a business owner, and a vacation resorts developer. Louis is a licensed Real Estate Agent (Realtor) in the state of Florida and has decades of experience in the areas of the Real estate industry.

Quanisha “Tina” Nugent

Quanisha “Tina” Nugent is the CEO of Q Impacts, a purpose-driven firm helping nonprofits and organizations turn events into engines for revenue, relationships, and real impact. A 2026 Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and Vanguard Honoree, Tina is known for helping leaders move from scattered efforts to strategic execution that produces results.

Dr. Tresha E. Williams, DNP, APRN
BECC Member of the Year
Dr. Tresha E. Williams, DNP, APRN, is a dedicated advanced practice nurse, healthcare entrepreneur, and community leader with over 20 years of experience in critical care and inpatient medicine. She earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from the University of South Florida.

Sheena Jackson
Vanguard of Youth Empowerment & Advocacy
Sheena Jackson is a passionate community enthusiast and strategist with over a decade of experience connecting and supporting local organizations. An Orlando native, Jackson, remains deeply engaged in advancing community impact across Central Florida. She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Addition Financial, Empowered Girls, Inc., and the West Lakes District, as well as a member of the Rollins College Program Advisory Council. Jackson is also an active member of Heart of Florida United Way’s Women United, where she serves as Recruiting Chair.

Darryl D. Gordon, Ph.D.

Dr. Darryl D. Gordon is a higher education leader, connector, and Culture & Community Builder serving as a Program Manager within the Academic Affairs, Office of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Central Florida. With over a decade of experience in higher education administration, he leads and supports strategic initiatives that advance student success, faculty engagement, and institutional effectiveness.

Dr. Gary Montoute

Dr. Gary Montoute is a healthcare technology and contact center executive who builds high-performing teams to deliver exceptional patient and customer experiences. With over 25 years of multinational experience spanning BPO, finance, healthcare, and entertainment, he
specializes in modernizing contact centers, and aligning technology with strategy to improve access, satisfaction, and performance.

Chundra L. Evens, Ed.D.
Vanguard of Educational Excellence & Achievement
Dr. Chundra L. Evens is a distinguished educational leader, pastor, and community advocate whose career reflects a deep commitment to excellence, service, and transformative leadership. After serving five years as Principal of Osceola County School for the Arts, she made history in March 2020 as the first African American appointed Assistant Superintendent of the High School Division for the School District of Osceola County in Kissimmee, Florida.

Brianna Archuleta is the Founder and Executive Director of Golden Care for Seniors, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting seniors in residential care facilities especially those without family or in need through essential supplies, meaningful experiences, and community support.

Imam Abdul Rahman Patel
Vanguard of Health Equity & Access
Imam Abdul Rahman Patel is the head of the Imam Council of Central Florida serving our community for over 20 years. Imam Patel works with community leaders, government officials, educators, and the community to foster peace, unity, and love. He has traveled over 60 countries and brings his experience and understanding of different cultures to light by advocating across economic, social, religious and cultural spheres. His love for the entire community is exemplified in his actions.

Congressman Maxwell Frost

The first member of Generation Z to be elected to Congress, Maxwell Alejandro Frost is proud to represent the people of Central Florida in the House of Representatives.
As a young member of Congress and Afro-Latino, Congressman Frost brings a fresh, progressive perspective to an institution formerly out of reach for young, working Black and Latino Americans.
